Right now is the season where a lot of people are getting sick. My cousin has a cold right now. And for medicine he is using jack daniels...  And he told me that normal medicines are just alcohol with filters. For some reason he is always right. But I don't think he is right. But this one he had to be wrong. I looked everything up. According to a New York Times news article. There has been no study showing that alcohol is able to fight off the germs we get when we are sick.

My next question is... What do cold medicines do. Do they relief the pain of your sickness. Or do they actually cure it. Well cold medicines... They actually relief the pain. So my cousin is right... Alcohol will do the same as a normal cold medicine will do.
